Tom Jacobsen is the firm's Operations Manager. He manages day-to-day operations, implementing process improvements and ensuring that clients receive a level of service that is second to none. Additionally, as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer, Tom is responsible for formulating and implementing the firm's compliance policies and procedures in order to meet strict adherence to the industry's rules and regulations.
With more than 14 years of management experience in the financial services field, Tom joined the firm in March 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Tom and his wife, Patty, have a daughter, Katie. In his spare time, he enjoys attending his daughter's sporting events, taking trips to the family cabin in Minnesota, and spending time with family and friends.
