Click. Book. Meet. Scheduling An Appointment With Us Has Never Been Easier

Tom Jacobsen, MBA
May 23, 2019

You’re busy. We get it - and that’s why we’ve made another convenient way to schedule an appointment with us.

We appreciate how technology can play a role in enhancing your experience with us, so we try to incorporate new features when we feel it will be of value to you. To that end, we're excited to unveil a new section of our website that will help you schedule an appointment with your advisor at your convenience.

The new online scheduling feature walks you through the simple process to select and confirm a time with either Drew Harper, CFA, CFP®; Drew Barnes, CFP®; Alexa Kane, CFP®, CDFA™; Jacob Jaegle, CFP®; or Brittany Rice.

All timeslots are preset for 90 minutes, but depending on the content of your meeting, you may not require the full 90 minutes.

When it’s time for your next appointment, you’ll receive a convenient email reminder. One way to schedule this meeting is to simply click on the link in the email to proceed to the scheduling page. Here you can view all of the date and time options available and pick the meeting time that works best for you!

We encourage you to review and use the new online scheduling feature when you receive your next email reminder!

Thank you for your feedback!
