Tax Webinar - August 7, 2019

WINTER 2019 WOMEN'S EVENT

International Women's Day Donation Drive & Happy Hour

In March, on the eve of International Women's Day, M.J. Smith & Associates kicked off a year-long series of women's events created to provide social interaction and education, all while giving back to the community.  Our inaugural event was a Donation Drive and Happy Hour, benefiting the Denver Rescue Mission.

This non-profit is committed to helping people who are experiencing homelessness and addiction. Lisette Williams, who spoke about the organization that night, was blown away by the generous donations. With over 30 attendees, we were able to collect over 800 hygiene items and help OneHope Wine donate $199 to the Denver Rescue Mission!

On behalf of the team, the Denver Rescue Mission and OneHope Wine, thank you to all who attended our first Women's Event for an enjoyable evening and a fantastic show of support for the Denver Rescue Mission.
